Our estate offers you to discover wines produced according to the principles of Organic Agriculture.
Our vineyards enjoy a Mediterranean climate and the freshness brought by Mont-Ventoux, which gives our fine and elegant wines as well as soft tannins and fruity notes.

ARMONIA RED
AOP VENTOUX

Ruby-coloured dress, with a nose opening on fresh red fruits and ending on a spicy note. This cuvée with 80% Grenache and 20% Syrah is very well balanced with a touch of blackcurrant and elegant and round tannins in the mouth.
Food and wine agreement:
Ideal with fresh entrances, terrines, poultry (pintades, turkeys...), roasted or grilled meats, mushrooms cakes, stuffed vegetables for example...
Also perfectly accompany fruity desserts.
For use at 17°C.

WHITE ARMONIA
AOP VENTOUX

Tasting :
The wine is clear and with very light green reflections
The nose is explosive with floral aromas and white fleshy fruits when opening, then
after half an hour, which brings a nice complexity to the wine.
The dominant Grenache is identified.
The mouth confirms the nose with a large but fresh entrance, the wine is not alcoholic.
Very nice wine, well made and amazing for a Ventoux.
Food and wine agreement:
Aperitifs, seafood salads or seasonal vegetables, grilled fish, goat cheese, dried fruits and seasonal fruits.

ARMONIA ROSE

LAND
AOP VENTOUX

Origin and Vinification : This AOP Ventoux wine, composed of 60% Syrah, 30% Grenache and 10% Mourvèdre, comes from vines about 45 years old nestled on the sunny foothills of the Dentelles de Montmirail. The vinification is treated, with a maceration of 21 days and a fermentation in a concrete tank. After several extractions, the wine is bottled in the Domaine with a light filtration.
Tasting : The 2021 vintage is distinguished by a deep red dress. On the nose, it evokes aromas of cherry, raspberry and sweet spices. In the palate, it is generous, balanced, with silky tannins and notes of blackberry, blackcurrant and pepper. Its finish is persistent, fresh and perennial.
Food and wine agreement : This wine, with 14% alcohol, is ideal to accompany foie gras, fine salisons, roasted meat, grilled meat and winter dishes. It fits perfectly with cheeses and gourmet desserts like a red fruit gratin or a chocolate square. To be enjoyed at 18°C.

LOUIS
AOP VENTOUX

Origin and Vinification : This wine comes from centuries-old vines nestled on the sunny foothills of the Dentelles de Montmirail, benefiting from a South West exhibition. The winemaking, cared for, involves a maceration of 21 days and a fermentation in a concrete tank. The assembly, after several months in vats, saw a section raised in barrels for 6 months.
Tasting : The deep ruby dress reveals a blackcurrant and truffle nose, complemented by a vanilla touch. In the palate, this cuvée is distinguished by its roundness, its balance and its elegant and melted tannins.
Food and wine agreement : Perfect for gourmet entrances such as foie gras and fine salaisons. It enhances roasted meat, grilled meat and winter dishes. It combines wonderfully with cheeses and gourmet desserts such as a red fruit gratin or a chocolate square. To be enjoyed ideally at 16°C.

MADENN
AOP VENTOUX

Origin and Vinification : This wine comes from old vines located on the sunny foothills of the Dentelles de Montmirail. Deep clay-calcium soils, combined with temperature variations, favour intense colour, natural acidity and rich tannins. The vinification is meticulous, with a maceration of 21 days and a partial rearing of new barrels for 11 months.
Tasting : The dress is a sustained ruby. The generous nose reveals red fruits and spicy notes, complemented by a vanilla touch. In the palate, the wine is powerful, carried by elegant and melted tannins.
Food and wine agreement : This wine is a true GARDEN VIN with a potential of 10 years. It fits perfectly with roasted meat or sauce, grills and winter dishes. For a sweet touch, serve with a red fruit gratin. The ideal service temperature is 18°C.

SYrah
MEDITERRANEAN PGI

Origin and Vinification : This organic wine, made up of 100% Syrah, comes from vines about 40 years old located in the plains at the foot of Mont-Ventoux. The harvest was followed by an alcoholic fermentation with a maceration of 13 days. After extraction, the wine underwent malolactic fermentation in a concrete tank before being bottled in the estate.
Tasting : This wine presents a red dress with ruby reflections. Its nose is dominated by aromas of fresh red fruit. In the palate, it is gullying and easy to drink, revealing notes of red fruits and spices.
Food and wine agreement : With 13.5 % alcohol, this wine is ideal as an aperitif, accompanied by a plate of charcuterie. It also blends perfectly with salads, grilled fish, white meat, goat cheese and fruity desserts.

WHITE SAUVIGNON

ROSE TENTATION
MEDITERRANEAN PGI

Origin and Vinification : This organic wine, composed of Grey Grenache and Black Grenache, Tempranillo, Cinsault, Cabernet Sauvignon, Artaban and Vidoc, comes from vines about 25 years old located in the plains at the foot of Mont-Ventoux. Winemaking is precise, with a direct pressing, fermentation at 10°C and assembly in December. The wine was then bottled at the Domaine in January 2023.
Tasting : The dress is clear with ruby reflections. The nose, dominated by floral notes, also reveals aromas of fresh red fruits. In the palate, this wine is gourmet, easy to drink, with flavors of red fruits and citrus fruit.
Food and wine agreement : This wine, with its 12.5% alcohol, is ideal as an aperitif, but also with salads, grilled fish, white meat, goat cheese and fruity desserts.

CARIGNAN – GRENACHE
MEDITERRANEAN PGI

Origin and Vinification : This wine, composed equally of Carignan and Grenache, comes from vines of about 25 years located in the plains at the foot of Mont-Ventoux. The vinification, started in September, includes a 13-day maceration and malolactic fermentation in a concrete tank. The wine is then bottled in the estate in January 2020.
Tasting : The dress is dark ruby. The nose, dominated by notes of litchi and chocolate, also opens on spicy nuances. In the palate, this cuvée is distinguished by its balance, its aromatic tannins, elegant and round, offering a long and silky finish.
Food and wine agreement : With 14% alcohol, this wine is ideal to accompany rich and tasty dishes. Its aromatic complexity makes it compatible with a variety of dishes, from grilled meats to spicy dishes, and refined cheeses.

ZERO SULFITES
MEDITERRANEAN PGI

Origin and Vinification : This organic wine, composed of 70% of Syrah and 30% of Alicante, comes from vines about 40 years old located in the plains at the foot of Mont-Ventoux. The harvest, carried out on 18 September, was followed by an alcoholic fermentation under controlled temperature for three weeks. Malolactic fermentation triggered naturally, and the wine was bottled in the estate without adding sulphites.
Tasting : This wine presents a red dress with ruby reflections. Its nose is dominated by aromas of fresh red fruit. In the palate, it is gullying and easy to drink, revealing notes of red fruits and spices.
Food and wine agreement : With its 13.5% alcohol, this wine is ideal as an aperitif, accompanied by a meat board. It also blends perfectly with salads, grilled fish, white meat, goat cheese and fruity desserts.

A NIGHT ROSE
MEDITERRANEAN PGI

Origin and Vinification : Coming from vines of about 35 years located in the plains at the foot of Mont-Ventoux, this wine benefits from a rich clay-calcareous terroir, exposed South-East. The harvest is mechanically carried out, followed by a direct pressing. After an alcoholic fermentation at 10 °C, the wine is assembled in December and bottled directly in the estate.
Tasting : This wine is distinguished by a clear dress with raspberry reflections. Its nose evokes fresh strawberry, while in the mouth it is slightly sweet, reminiscent of red fruits and dredged candy.
Food and wine agreement : Ideal fresh, this wine is perfect as an aperitif, with foie gras or for a gourmet break in the afternoon. It also perfectly accompanies fruity desserts.

BULLES
MEDITERRANEAN PGI

Origin and Vinification : This wine is an assemblage of Chardonnay and Chasan. Coming from 25-year-old vines located at the foot of Mont-Ventoux, the clay-calcary terroir enjoys the influence of the Mistral and temperature variations, favoring the quality of the grapes. The mechanical harvest is followed by a direct pressing. After fermentation at 14°C, assembly is carried out in November 2018. Foaming takes place during 2019 according to the Champagne method.
Tasting : The wine presents a light dress with yellow-green reflections. Its fruity nose evokes the green apple and citrus fruits. In the mouth, it is refreshing and elegant.
Food and wine agreement : This sparkling wine is ideal for aperitifs and festive occasions, blending perfectly with light amuse and seafood dishes.

PAPILLON ROSE
MEDITERRANEAN PGI

Origin and Vinification Made from 85% Cinsault and 15% Grenache, this wine comes from vines about 35 years old, nestled in the plains at the foot of Mont-Ventoux. The clay-calcar terroir, enriched with small white pebbles, facilitates the absorption of rainwater. The benefits of Mistral and the daily temperature variations are essential to the quality of the grapes. The mechanical harvest is followed by a direct pressing. After fermentation at 10°C, assembly is carried out in December.
Tasting : With a very pale dress, its floral nose evokes citrus fruits, complemented by notes of fresh red fruit. In the palate, it is mouthy, easy to drink, with dominant aromas of red fruits and citrus fruit, offering a beautiful persistence.
Food and wine agreement Ideal as an aperitif, it blends perfectly with salads, grilled fish, white meat, goat cheese and fruity desserts.
